1. Wallet Recharge

• Recharge via Debit, Credit, Net Banking, or UPI
• Minimum recharge amount: ₹250

2. PAN Card Hard Copy

• Submit physical copy to office annually via post
• No monthly submission requirement

3. PAN Card Application Fee

• Initial charge: ₹107
• Refund of ₹5 upon hard copy submission
• Additional ₹10 refunded per card when physical copy received
• Final fee: ₹97 per application

4. Security

All personal information is protected for PAN application purposes only. Wallet and PAN transactions are secure.

5. Liability

The company is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or other limitations beyond its control.

6. User Rights

Users may verify all PAN-related information and documentation.

7. Fee Modifications

Application fees may change without notice. Users receive advance notification of increases.
